During his first major speech since air-strikes on Libya started, Barack Obama said the US has a strategic interest in preventing Gaddafi from overrunning any opposition. That appears to confirm suspicions that Washington has taken sides in a civil war - something Russia says is not sanctioned by the UN resolution. And while the US says it's handing control to NATO, that doesn't mean American bombs will stop falling. RT's Gayane Chichakyan reports.
