Some experts believe that Russia's membership in the WTO isn't going to change anything in the Russian civil aviation. Some others predict a total collapse of the industry. It is already one foot in the grave - there is no point in pretending otherwise. During the Soviet times, nearly every forth airplane in the world was labeled "Made in the USSR"
